Research interests
My research explores genome evolution across multiple scales, from single-nucleotide changes to large structural rearrangements. Currently, I am examining the genomic signatures of long-term isolation on islands, aiming to uncover the forces driving these patterns, whether adaptive or neutral. My work focuses on computational analysis of second- and third-generation sequencing data.
